    @butzist Is the launch Activity functionality working?
    Doesnt seems to do anything, tried on emulator and phone

    @butzist
    @Ismael034 you mean via context menu? Should be same as single tap on the list item.
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Works here - tried both ways of launching on some of the Android settings activities. What did you try?
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    I mean the app itself
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    The last master build?
    I tried before committing...
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    The one from the play store
    Can I upload images here?
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Ok, let me try to run the calculator's main activity
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    Tried calculator but its the same for everyone
    If you select the activity it obviously works but not when you try to launch the application itself
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    True, main activity launch seems broken
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    Ok, it was not me. Will have a look at that now
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Thanks
    Where can I find the new design that you suggested?
    Btw, I like your idea with activity/fragment per package. That would not require us to fetch all activities on start.

    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Oh, but then we cannot do full-text search on all activities
    ...
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    Fixed the issue with tha activities :)
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Haha, too fast 😄
    Ismael
    @Ismael034

    Oh, but then we cannot do full-text search on all activities
    ...

    We could fetch everyhting and then only show the application itself when searching

    Like if I search developers options show Settings

    But then, loading times will remain slow

    Haha, too fast 😄

    I had to change a 1 for a 2

    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Oh, never looked in discussions 🤣
    Drogga would probably complain about dropping api 19 support - i don't really care. There are only 2k affected users or so.
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    I mean, I could try to support it but it wont have a fancy design
    For kikat user, for the other ones material 3
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Can you plz rebase the commit in current master? You pushed 8 new commits
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    Yes. I dont actuallt know how to remove thoose commits
    Because at the end there is only one change
    I can try to reset my fork
    Ok ok got it
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    If you agree we can create a new branch for the design changes as they will include a lot of new funtionality. Right now the app is not usable but it would be nice if anyone can contribute
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    You can git reset --hard origin/master
    Does GitHub have a "create branch for issue" feature?
    Otherwise I'll do it manually
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    I mean, I can create a branch in my fork and do a PR
    IDK if that will work
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    As you like - if we want to collaborate on that it's probably better to have the branch on the main repo
    Ismael
    @Ismael034
    Seems that drogga doenst like the design :'(
    I mean its ok, no issues but what I would like is to know if I can continue with this or drop this proof of concept
    Adam M. Szalkowski
    @butzist
    Well, that's his option. I personally do not even care about dark mode and prefer light on my IDE and phone.
    The main pain point in the application is the usability. Optionally, we would keep the app small, compact, simple, but improve the user workflow and understanding.
    Optimally
    My opinion

    Perfect. Should I keep the Material 3 design or should I sick with the original one?
