Ooh it's not due to Alfresco code, but we've copied some code:

this.breakpointObserver
.observe([Breakpoints.Medium, Breakpoints.XLarge])
.subscribe(result => {
this.isSmallScreen = result.matches;
})

it seems that Breakpoints.XLarge only goes to 1919px which is the problem for larger screens

Hello every one, first of all I'm Yazeed a junior full stack developer from Jordan.
I'm working now on Alfresco ADF project, and this is new for me.
I wanna ask a few questions about it, if you can help me plz
I have a form with labels and texts ....etc, and I wanna translate the names of this labels, but the problem is that I can't find the template that contain this form at the ADF project.
I really need to find this template to make the translation. HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP.
and I'm sorry about my english
thotakos
@thotakos
@YazeedHammad Hi, you can try to figure out the proper template from the page URL. Usually in the app.routes.ts file you can find all the URLs of the project and for every URL item ( property named 'path' ) there is a property named 'component'. From this component name you can find the component which loads at the given URL. In the component you can either find a 'template' property which contains the actual template OR you can find a 'templateUrl' property which points to the actual template file.
Hope this helps :)

@thotakos I like the idea, I will try it now, thank you

Hi! We are using the document-list (adf-core 6.2.1, angular-core 6.1.2) It works great in Chrome. But in Safari it gets slower the more you click through the folder structure. Furthermore, we use three document-lists in a mat-tab-group. If the users clicks between the tabs then it lagging pretty much (all Browsers). Do you know this behavior. What could be the reason for this. We cannot go online with these problems.
Will it work better if we update ADF?
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@communicationbreakdown01_gitlab Can you try using Lazy Tabs like described here? https://material.angular.io/components/tabs/overview#lazy-loading that will ensure you have only the Active tab with the document list in memory, not all the instances
Jessica
@communicationbreakdown01_gitlab
@DenysVuika no i can’t, its the plain document list, there are no tabs in there. We only navigate with the breadcrumbs and the folder structure itself
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
Unfortunately the details you are giving is not enough to understand what is the problem. You can create a simple project to reproduce the problem, or use Developer Tools in the Safari to check the performance and memory consumption
@Afresco ADF 3.4.0 is out!

Hello All,
I would like to know from where Start Process button is being called in start process dialog?
I am not able to find in start-from or start-process component
please help
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@jigirshah Not sure I understand your question. Are you looking to the source code of the component that invokes the "start process" ?

Hi Guys,
I’m using ADF 3.0, I have used adf-form component for start process form. Inside the form I’m having upload button, I have 2 option there. One is Local from upload, and another is from alfresco repository, which i have set as a repository in my APS. From local I can upload multiple documents. But from alfresco repository I can’t find any option to select multiple files, even from the same directory also. Please help me to find the solution for multiple file upload from alfresco repository.

@eromano Is there any way to use filter pipe on tasklist (for example in tasklist-paginator component inside Alfresco Process Workspace) in order to have custom search for different properties in tasks?
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@stjepanantolovic there is no search support for process so far, so I think you cannot use filter pipes there
stjepanantolovic
@stjepanantolovic
What is the way to go => to create custom filter for filtering tasks by task process variable
stjepanantolovic
@stjepanantolovic
..since TaskFilterRepresentation and FilterRepresentationModel have limited amount of properties such as id: number;
appId: number;
name: string;
recent: boolean;
icon: string;
filter: TaskFilterRepresentation;
index: number;
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@stjepanantolovic You can raise a feature suggestion I think. Internally we already discussing the need for better sorting (server side) and search. Your ticket might get upvoted by others

What should we be using instead of AlfrescoApiService.getInstance().webScript ? It appears the WebscriptAPI from the js-api is deprecated?

Hi all. Is it possible to get nodes with custom property via search service? I have property like mymodel:mypropery:value and I'm trying to search it using ADF search service but get nothing. (I sent search term and search options and got no results) When I try to search via Query Builder all works fine and i get my nodes with custom property

Hi all, does anyone know how to pass a date form field with the startProcess method on ProcessService?

I tried simply adding it to the form values:

const startFormValues = {project: this.process.project.id, title: this.process.title, assignee: this.process.assignee, nodeid: this.process.nodeId, startDate: startDate};
this.processService.startProcess(definition.id, definition.name, null, startFormValues, null);

But that doesn’t seem to get picked up...

Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@playerro_gitlab I guess we have this working in ACA (https://alfresco-content-app.netlify.com/#/features/search-results?id=alfresco-full-text-search). You can check the underlying code, should be calling ADF apis as far as I know

Hi all, does anyone know an alternate api for Activiti GroupsApi?
Since it was deprecated in ADF v3.0 and up
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@dhanekula_sai_twitter You can check here: https://github.com/Alfresco/alfresco-ng2-components/tree/development/lib/testing/src/lib/core/actions/identity. There are services to manage groups and users
You don't need using those in your apps as apparently those are for testing purposes, but you can check what apis being used
Saikiran Dhanekula
@dhanekula_sai_twitter
Thanks for the info @DenysVuika . We've used groupsApi.getGroups() api call extensively in our application but now with the latest version it was deprecated.
I also went through the link that you've shared but I don't find any api call that can replace the one that we've been using

In visual studio code groupsApi is showing as deprecated for activiti and content-rest-api but with js-api it is compatible

I recently upgraded the ADF app to version 3.4 from 2.6. The app was working fine in v2.6 but after the upgrade I'm getting the above error
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@dhanekula_sai_twitter you should also upgrade the @alfresco/js-api library
