Hi, where I can find a browser support matrix for ADF/ACA? I know there was one, but can't seem to find it
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
in the README.md files for ADF, ACA supports all evergreen browsers, if you want to address some outdated stuff - it is your responsibility to enable polyfills in ACA

@DenysVuika the good news is that upgrading wasn't too bad from 3.9 --> 4.2 bad news is the problem is still there. I have verified that this got introduced right at 3.9. I'll create an issue. given this crosses a major version will there be a possibility that 3.9 gets a hotfix and also it gets fixed in the mainline?

Hello,
I have just realized with amazement that when you move in an adf-document-list, at each change of folder, the api "/nodes/{nodeId}/children" is called twice !
I first thought of a bug in my application, but the bug is also present in demo-shell 4.2.0 and in the last adw.
Can you explain me the purpose of these 2 simultaneous calls ? and if this bug is proved, can you fix it in a future version ?
Thank you in advance

Building on @tdonovancsra save issue. I have noticed that SAVE button is only available when all the required fields have been entered and validation has been satisfied. In APS, you can save a form when any updates have been made. Has anyone else noticed that?
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@loictrichaud I suggest raising it as a bug on the GitHub issue tracker if you want to get it processed

@DenysVuika did anybody get a chance to take a look at #6455 and validate what we're seeing? @eromano?

@DenysVuika Hello again, there is one more pretty nice bug.

From version 3.9 for adf/core/content-services etc npm packages, it is happening.

The problem is displayed file size when editing FOLDER name/properties.

Prior to the 3.9.0 version of ADF libraries, everything worked fine. (so 3.8.0 and below). filesize-cell.component.ts is used to display the size of a file or folder. For the file, it displayed some numbers, for the folder it was empty which is fine. When you want to edit the folder name it will still after the update remain empty.

From 3.9.0 when you update folder name, file size column will get some text displayed "NaN CORE". And it is still in 4.2.0 version.

WHERE IS THE PROBLEM:
file-size.pipe.ts which is setting the display value gets '' as a value to work with for the folders instead of undefined or null. On update name/propties of the folder in DataTableCellComponent (in datatable-cell.component.ts file) in updateValue method function is called and resolves file size value of folder to '', which latter calls this file-size.pipe.ts.

In previous versions (3.8.0 and below) updateValue() was not called. Why? Because ngOnInit of DataTableCellComponent where it should be call throws exception when getting property "content.sizeInBytes" of node, because in payload folder nodes doesn't have even content property. This is fixed in 3.9.0 to get the actual property. But then updateValue is called which will call file-size.pipe with value ''. And that case is not handled there. And that's why we get display text of file size for folder "NaN CORE".

Hello everyone,
In the preview on ADF, is it possible to rotate any document? (I know it is possible for images but I don't know for other types of documents). Thanks in advance.

Hello
When switching to ADF 4.2.0, is it necessary to stay on Angular 10.0.x or is it possible to be on 10.2.4 for example?
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@loictrichaud You can use all the range of 10.x I believe

Hello,
in the document-list, I cannot configure 3 consecutive sortings. Example: sorting: ['alf:meta1 asc', 'alf:meta2 asc', 'alf:meta3 asc'].

Whereas in the public API it is possible.
I think that you have made a regression with your sorting and additionnalSorting ?
How can I configure my 3 sorts ?
Thanks in advance

Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@loictrichaud If I remember correctly, there's only one sorting, and array should have key and direction separately, like [key, direction]

hi to all, thanks in advanced for your answer or guidelines. I 'm using Alfresco ADF over Alfresco Community 6.2 . I'm having issues with date searching and UTC. The server is storing dates like cm:created or cm:modified in UTC, but I have users in UTC-5. When the search query is builded in ADF, using a configured date-range selector(in a ADF Search Filter Component) It uses UTC to build the query like this "(cm:modified:['2021-02-04T00:00:00Z' TO '2021-02-04T23:59:59Z'])" and of course, results is not what the user expects. So, what's my options to configure date-range in such manner that it uses local time converted to UTC, adding 5 hours in this case to the start and end date range in this manner: "(cm:modified:['2021-02-04T05:00:00Z' TO '2021-02-05T04:59:59Z'])" . It is possible? Thanks so much again.
Denys Vuika
@DenysVuika
@SergioASalazarGastelo Looks like a bug, can you please raise this as a GitHub ticket? I believe the search must be done in the UTC, but the results should be displayed as local time, right?
Sergio Salazar Gastelo
@sergio29_gitlab
@DenysVuika Thanks so much Denys. Yes, the search must be done in UTC but converted from local time. I mean if the user, who is in GMT-5, selects Start Date=Feb-04-2021 and End Date=Feb-04-2021 in his local datetime, It must be converted to ['2021-02-04T05:00:00Z' TO '2021-02-05T04:59:59Z'], adding 5 hours from the local time difference, to search on Alfresco. It is possible?

Hello All, I'm trying to navigate in smart forlder, but I noticed that the regex detects node id like (3855ecfa-8353-48bd-a585-aa4eb4d52dfa) but it doesn't detect the node id for smart folder like this (vH1-6-1-1-11bvfn6ace6svmjkcivp7pnx9jv-2LzIwLzIwMw==-1-11btogk2tfo5w52dro803b6rs5n). I don't know if the structure of the node id smart folder is standard or not, and I wanted to know if there is a regex that detects node id of smart folder ? Thank you in advance

Hello,
I'm trying to add a unclaim/claim task button on a custom page.
I'have add the TaskListModule on the imports of my module.ts.

and when i add the "<button adf-unclaim-task [taskId]="taskId" (success)="onUnclaimTask()">Unclaim</button>" i got that error :

Uncaught Error: Template parse errors:
Can't bind to 'taskId' since it isn't a known property of 'button'.

do you know how to correct this error ?

Zain ul Abideen
@zain-abideen-87
error is correct. Button doesn't have a taskId property. question is why you need to bind taskId to button ?
@AnthonyLeloire you can directly pass the taskId to onUnclaimTask method
AnthonyLeloire
@AnthonyLeloire
bfleury-alfea
@bfleury-alfea

we're trying to use the adf-claim-task & adf-unclaim-task directives, that takes taskId as a required property
we're following ADF Doc : https://www.alfresco.com/abn/adf/docs/process-services/directives/unclaim-task.directive/

the directives seems to be in the "TaskListModule"
we added it in our module, but we still have the error mentioned above
