    all new text should be added to EN version and then translated to other languages via crowdin
    languag specific pages can stay (or be added) as it is now

    all new text should be added to EN version and then translated to other languages via crowdin that's what I thought;
    If I understand it correctly: for working with crowdin it's important to have the EN version as a base and all other sites have first to exist in an EN version. All translated pages keep their names (in different CROWDIN/folders) but the contents differs?
    AdrianLxM
    @AdrianLxM
    @Heiner1 exactly.
    That's also why we can't keep the current translation... But you can use it and copy it part by part to crowdin.
    A bit of a burden upfront. But once that is done, things will become more automated. Crowdin tracks what part in the original have been updated and need update in the translation as well.

    @MilosKozak
    thanks @AdrianLxM just wanted to write this
    Heiner1
    @Heiner1
    Sounds good to keep it consistent. All will be put below the CROWDIN-folder. So, my confusion is eliminated. @AdrianLxM And besides, I found the Omnipod related page - Eva should know what to do, if it's possible.
    Milos Kozak
    @MilosKozak
    everything going to CROWDIN dir must go though Crowdin's PR. no manual edit
    Heiner1
    @Heiner1
    Also pasting images?
    Milos Kozak
    @MilosKozak
    yes
    easy by drag&drop in crowdin

    OK I'll try
    but not this night :-)

    There is suggested to use the English terms, but is there a summary of translated terms? There are a few non-English speaking folks, for them also the terms are a problem.
    AdrianLxM
    @AdrianLxM
    @Heiner1 I don't understand what you mean by that.
    Heiner1
    @Heiner1
    @AdrianLxM I think e.g. about : Führe einen "Commit" auf deinen Branch aus Somebody who never learned English should have the chance to look for this (for him/her) unknown terms quickly. At first I thought about translating all terms, but this was not the best idea.

    I think, it would be actually a good idea to have a Loop-Dicitionary in the wiki

    Argh! Stupid mobile... What I wanted to write: I think the Github terms should not be translated because github is in EN

    RC7 looks very good so far. there will be maybe RC8 just to prove everything is ok but i'm expecting 2.0 very soon
    could you take care about docs? describe new features and prepare some transition guide from 1.58 to 2.0
    i believe most is already done

    The release notes are integrated since a couple of weeks (https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/EN/Installing-AndroidAPS/Releasenotes.html). I just added some v2.0 content and made a PR. Those of you with better english: please review :-)
    typ1-brods
    @typ1-brods
    Please note to avoid double working: There is a German draft for a new openAPS features page (https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/EN/Usage/Open-APS-features.html) incl. SMB. Some people are translating it at the moment to EN.

    Under advancd Absorption settings , I am trying to find info on what interval for autosens (h) means and what it should be. Currently it is set at 4 but I cannot find an explanation for what this means exactly. Can anyone help please? Thanks.
    viq
    @viq
    @jgordon5 which autosens algorithm are you using?
    Jill Gordon
    @jgordon5
    @viq weighted average and I'm using SMB.

    @viq
    @jgordon5 I left mine at 24h, here's kinda a starting point for reading https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/EN/Configuration/Sensitivity-detection-and-COB.html

    @jgordon5
    Thanks @viq. Mine was set at 4 so I left it at 4! I'll read the link.

    I noticed a part of the page is missing at the Dutch page. All the way to the bottom, the Netherlands-specific links are not visible (ironically!):
    https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/CROWDIN/nl/Where-To-Go-For-Help/Connect-with-other-users.html

    They do appear at the English page:
    https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/EN/Where-To-Go-For-Help/Connect-with-other-users.html

    In Crowdin it does show up (translated and approved). Any ideas what could be going on?

    Vlin-der
    @Vlin-der
    Ah, never mind. It seems to have fixed itself!

    Hi all, is there a plug-in to use AndroidAPS as the CGM receiver? Does anybody knows the reason not to use the same app as the receiver? RileyLink hardware is capable of acting as a CGM receiver and pump TX/RX

    In the OpenAPS blog from Dana, she writes About Eating Soon/Activity Mode while setting a temp target AND temp target changes sensitivity enabled. I want to write more about to the second feature (and write how much the sensitivity gets changed). Long Story, but that is why I was wondering if I should seperate Eating Soon Temp Target and Eating Soon Mode oder if both is the same or if I should make a difference in the wiki
    Milos Kozak
    @MilosKozak

    @danamlewis

    @MarieT1D eating soon is achieved by setting a lower temp target. There’s a separate set of settings that adjust sensitivity if a high/low target is set

    Loop users use “low target” synonymous with “eating soon”, but I’d recommend being clear about enabling the advanced features where a high/low target then effects both the target and sensitivity adjustments .

    If you look at the OpenAPS docs, we have those features listed as separate advanced exercise related fpreferences to differentiate them

    ..all that to say, not sure if I answered your intended question or not; let me know if this helped or you still need more info
    Marie
    @MarieT1D
    @danamlewis perfect, thanks, that was what I wanted to hear :D
