@fxck
it should work

@ollwenjones
I wonder if it's a bug in the ts-loader?
mine Cannot find module 'lodash/merge'.
Sam Jones
@ollwenjones
@fxck maybe not ideal, but as a workaround an old fashioned webpack require call works:
var merge = <any>require('lodash/merge');

How can I get npm run test to fail (exit code >0) if test coverage is too low?

Is there a way to fix/avoid all Duplicate identifier errors on master?

Hey this is a nice project, seems really well put together for a beginner like me :P
any idea what this could be from? http://i.imgur.com/yOZ4c1f.png

@Spittal
@mikatalk There’s an issue for that

@mikatalk
oh thanks
would by chance know of an example repo to get started with webpack/typescript and ThreeJS?

@Spittal
Sorry, I don’t.

Are there examples of how to add a .js based project to starter? Something like primeng? When I add the typings file to tsconfig.json but during compile I get a bunch of warnings like:
WARNING in ./~/primeng/components/datagrid/datagrid.js
Cannot find source file 'datagrid.ts': Error: Cannot resolve 'file' or 'directory' ./datagrid.ts in /Users/nsmith/projects/cohortable/node_modules/primeng/components/datagrid

@afirdousi

I created an extra folder called "data" within assets folder. It's not being copied in the final output and hence I am not able to reference anything from that folder.

Anyone knows how to solve this ?

so, with 4.0.0, what providers go here https://github.com/AngularClass/angular2-webpack-starter/blob/master/src/main.browser.ts only angular2’s, or 3rd party as well
it’s little confusing
Jamie Spittal
@Spittal
I believe they are split up so you can have deps that are browser specific y’know things that inject DOM and window stuff
then there is the file that just bootstraps the stuff from the browser platform
but if you have providers for example a web worker you might want to bootstrap that with some other platform dependancies.
Aleš
@fxck
yea, but I’m still not sure what belongs where, according to this https://github.com/AngularClass/angular2-webpack-starter/issues/454#issuecomment-199421596 only angular/vendor stuff belongs there
but
also I have some vendor providers that require some of my code(ngrx/store providerStore requires my reducers).. so where should that go?
Jamie Spittal
@Spittal
Yeah fair enough actually… I’m having a little trouble knowing where to put my deps as well...

hey guys i'm running into a REALLY frustrating bug; it appears intermittently and seems to be random, as removing different parts of my app will fix it, but then then replacing the exact same code will work for a while, and then fail (what seems to be) randomly again
the same code also works fine when in a JSPM based build

stacktrace
anyone around that can give me any suggestions on how to fix? started a week or so ago when I upgraded from around the beta.8 versions. In the mean time I've tried starting from a fresh copy of the starter, it'll work fine for a while but eventually it'll fail on that error. Sometimes it'll fail after just adding a new <div> to an HTML template
eventually the error is on this line: modules[moduleId].call(module.exports, module, module.exports, hotCreateRequire(moduleId));

@ryneflood
i've turned off the "Hot Module Replacement" stuff; seemed to help for a minute (it worked first try after I turned it off). But then error is back after killing the server and restarting it
it errors out before it gets to any code in main.browser.ts so it seems likely that it has nothing to do with any angular code

anyone able to use wallaby.js with the latest starter version?

How do I simply include an external TS library? I added ng2-translate and then an import 'ng2-translate
and get library reference errors ... the exports in ng2-Translate are not resolved properly

@littleStudent for wallaby.js the path of "spec-bundle.js" has changed; it's 'config/spec-bundle.js' now. I needed to update it in a couple places in wallaby.js to get things working
Thomas Sattlecker
@littleStudent
@ryneflood i changed the paths for the spec-bundle.js. still does not work. An updated example with working wallabyjs would be awesome.
