no, you would have to run the development version, from git

compile your own

today I tried another computer never installed any ipfs before, the exe still failed to on first page, weird

I think the IPFS team removed the beta version I was using from the downloads

and I tried the 2.3 version and it worked

and the 3.2 version didn't work, that's interesting
