    Some projects that are related and may be worth checking out:
    RMap (creates map of interconnected scholarly artefacts) http://rmap-project.info/rmap/?page_id=98#presentations-papers
    VIVO (open source code for co-author networks and common related terms) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqdwgLKmr00 info at http://vivoweb.org/
    Thresher: early prototype script for pulling useful research artefacts out of the SHARE database https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/14Gea_QQnksfX9NtUerw8s4Du08DjhLnS9xYSP-agwso/edit#slide=id.g1f231781e9_0_127

    Hello! Thank you for the links

    @npscience
    Are you happy to send Raniere the github repo?
    Nikoleta Glynatsi
    @Nikoleta-v3
    yes of course. The organization repo and the gitter room should be there. Also the slides?
    Naomi Penfold
    @npscience
    Ok, I've emailed Raniere with those links. Is it better to start listing links like the above in issues on the github repo?
    (new to github / collaborative projects, surprisingly)

    @Nikoleta-v3
    sounds good :thumbsup:

    @Nikoleta-v3
    @npscience feel free to open PRs so we can all comment on the changes :smile:
    Naomi Penfold
    @npscience
    how do you mean? If I make a change, instead of committing, open a pull request then commit, and that starts a thread for us?
    Nikoleta Glynatsi
    @Nikoleta-v3
    you can create a new branch, instead of working on master, there you can commit your changes. You can then push that branch to arcas and open a pull request. We can comment on the PR and then probably someone else can merge. I can help you with your first pull request if you like :smile:

    I see, of course! Thanks for the github tips :)
