Hard to test this stuff but tests are needed.

it was like that for me, in the past
it's very important that you finish what you start. C'mon!
I encourage you to clone the repositories (both Perspex and OmniXAML)
and try the apps
take a look at the code and get involved :D I never though it would be one of the projects I'm most proud of (the mix of both)

i've nearly finished Menu, though there are a few things still to fix
then i will look at the xaml stuff
