ok, fixed the problem with negative margins and culling
and made TemplatedControl's ClipToBounds default to true
also fixed another bug i found with negative margins

It's OpenFileDialog after all

I have Image source = url
and it works on normal View
but inside a datatemplate it is not working... any ideas?

Currently it works by passing source to native implementation

what do you guys use for unit testing controls?
For stuff that does not work well in vanilla unit tests

Well, the minimum is Linux with X11 and standard libs
i. e. RaspDebian
Someone got Perspex running on RPI using Cairo backend
