I'd like to look at building something small-ish with perspex and embed that into an app that has its ui built in WPF

yea, the well sorta is the scary bit.
in winforms, you could host a wpf control and vica versa. was curious to know how the perspex api worked in a similar scenario.

We haven't created somethink like WIndows Forms ElementHost or WPFs WinFormsHost yet
though it would be rather simple to do

You can still do Perspex inside WPF or WinForms, it's just not be made easy yet
