Probably just fine, however when I used that plugin that does autocompletion and stuff it was pretty slow

Yeah that's definitely an option! I'm not sure how many paying customers we'd get at this stage though ;)

If you're going to do that then there is an expectation of paying customers that there is quick support. Which you might not always be able to provide as you have other obligations. Keep that in mind
@kekekeks if you have time could you take a look at the path implementation and test?

I'm trying to extend Dropdown to support better keyboard controls as described in #71 however the container that is opened does not receive any keyboard events, What would be the preferred way to implement those events?
Actually, the container does receive events but I can't callback to Dropdown
The question is more, In what way should I receive keydown events from the container in the dropdown control

Don't know if this is what you're asking, but in Avalonia key events should bubble from pop-ups to the parent window

I don't think the dropdown "popup" is an actual popup
It looks like it's just a separate control(ContentPresenter)
That might be case though since pressing escape does trigger on Dropdown if the popup is open, Any idea why keys like left/right/up/down are not?

hmm actually yeah the issue is that the arrow keys don't work when the popup is closed
i don't have the code in front of me (been in meetings all this week and last week)
but i guess you need to detect if the popup is closed and if so handle the array keys on KeyDown in the main part of the control?

I've got that working, but when open you should be able to use the arrow keys to select items as well
Then enter to confirm

Not for me
Might be why the events are getting consumed

@JurjenBiewenga any chance you can check out #694 and see if your path changes fixed it?
