VirtualizingStackPanel starts trying to full to size
when size is infinite height

ok, it was just an experiment, i'd not actually tested it out or anything, just wanted to see if maybe fixed the problem

and I get stuck in a loop constaintly allocating more memory
which is what almost everything @kekekeks tried yesterday as workaround
caused the same thing to happen

@grokys the memory leak fix seems to break styles being applied in some cases again

but memory leak is definitely fixed
I remember when you fix this stlye thing a few weeks back
it was something to do with order things were done in the template too

@grokys yeah reverting the commit stops those styles being applied
i think those buttons are inside a content presenter
