@pconesa I was reading the ISA tools and looks like you are fully compatible with these guidelines and standards. Every submisssion in Metaboligths is based on ISA?

@ypriverol in Silvono's mail, he said" Taxonomy or Publication date are examples of facet definition applied to multiple data resources. ", do you have any suggestions on how to find the URI of an example page? I have tried some DBs, found none of them could be faceted by Taxonomy or Publication date.

@baimingze it would be interesting to include in the mockups the restriction by years perhaps. Also we can include facet definition applied to multiple data resources. LEts says we can define a couple of new facets that should be included in the new files generated by every resource some of them are: Omic Type (Metabolomics, Proteomics, GEnomics, etc), Instrument, Organism and species, Tissue, Source, etc
@silvano-squizzato How do you handle the multi-index facets?

Yes, I agree, publication year is also informative for users.

I'v got one example, maybe the "xref" is used here for multiple index facets:http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ebisearch/search.ebi?db=ensembl&requestFrom=advancedSearch&t=cancer
