So I discovered something else... I think the warscroll battalion "Blacktalon's Shadowhammers" should actually be legal for match play. They gave it points in the General's Handbook 2018, but placed it in a table with the other Blightwar battalion rather than in the SCE section (page 86). In BattleScribe I think it got moved to the open play only list.
This may impact the Nurgle profile "Fecund Rituculturalists" as well. I have not verified though.

Open one issue for each of them, as they would be separate books.
Opened #685 for Stormcast. I double checked the Nurgle one first, and it shows up as expected, so no issue for that one required.
