Thanks for the thought, but I actually live in Michigan. I just travelled to South Texas in Flames randomly this year.
Hopefully, it is neither in flames nor under water, at the moment, as that could fuck up Heresy Camp next year.

I lived near Ryan from Radio Free Isstvan. Michael, the main host dude, lives in South Texas, where South Texas in Flames was.
Near meaning like 45 minutes away; I was a mile from GenCon, he was in an exurb to the southwest.

45 min is nothing lol

No longer being a mile from GenCon certainly reinforces the "what the fuck was I thinking" factor of my move.

i travel 45min to pick up the dude who usually babysits my kids when needed - one way lol

After 12 hours of Heresy games, through valleys full of fog and deer jumping across, it seemed many miles away.

Indiana is really flat... except the southwest part, starting about where Ryan lives: hill country, with all that entails.

Aug 26 2017 04:19
i live in southeast pa lol
i know all about that
hell i literally live 20 min from the Appalachian Trail
lol funny story when I drove to this place called tamaqua to buy my van (that just broke >.<), siri literally took me up a logging trail that no lie was about a 30 degree incline for practically the whole way up the mountain.

I was in Pittsburgh as a stop over on the way to a wizard school larp this year; hadn't really been around the city, but amazed at how hilly it is.
Jon Kissinger
@alphalas
Aug 26 2017 04:23
but it's apprently a real road, it's just unpaved because of aforementioned 30 degree incline lol

Brown County Indiana is a lot like what you describe... getting stuck behind log trucks on State Road 46 was always a pain in the ass.
Jon Kissinger
@alphalas
Aug 26 2017 04:23
eh Pittsburgh aint shit compared to eastern/south-central pa

Had to drive through to go from where my folks where to where I went to college. Windy ass hilly road, crossing weird ass place and road names (Gnawbone, Indiana; Scarce O Fat Ridge Road, etc).
I guess we probably passed that way driving down through Maryland and such to Virginia.

Indiana basically has none and the genocide was basically total, despite the stupid state name.

@flakpanda the primaris bugs I remember were mainly things like collective acting weird that you'd only find if you had several units and I don't think that'll be much of a problem for SW... Stay safe anyway, in the UK we don't have anything like that kinda weather...!!
flakpanda

my phone just freaked me out to with a tornado warning alert. fucking loud as noise
also, im pretty sure i fixed all the collective issues
Simon Porter
@FarseerVeraenthis
Aug 26 2017 06:20
Oh yeah, they're fixed now, but I'm not sure if they were all fixed before I copied the primaris into SW...
I'm sure the wolves will howl when they find bugs... They're usually pretty vocal!

@ilaunchbury Just noticed that the Chaos Decimator (forgeworld index) doesn't increment the points cost for weapons when you take 2 of the same (so just charges for 1) - is this fixed and I need to update or is this an issue?

Is that not the BS bug with child detachments?
If it's broken when you take it in a parent, log an issue and I'll take a look.
