actually it works just fine on my roster editor
I did the same thing to CWE (which is rigged the same) and no error at all
it shows up when you select a warlord and it becomes unhidden
but doesn't gripe at you until then

Yes, for a few reasons:
@stu177 Battlescribe's editor loves to change completely unrelated things in the XML, so if more than one person submits a pull request on the same version of a file, only one of those can be merged in 99% of cases or things go wrong.
the other reason is it allows us to coordinate to see if anyone is already doing a fix
or if a fix for the issue has already been merged but not released
generally if you want to do a fix the best way is to make sure you're pulling/forking the most recent version, then check with whoever owns the faction in codeowners
in the case of mechanicus that would be @Thairne

unfortunately the 2 sets of radio buttons don't impinge on each other other then a max1 error - but now it looks pretty
and @CrusherJoe now if you select a named character as WL it'll holler at you until you check the box for the WLT too

I just converted CWE to fully SSEs and gave characters only what they should have
also I got tired of the bug reports
deleted mobile down to just enough that it won't break BSData

so you can't roll for Advance twice, but you still move the Advance distance if you did it the first time!

long term it makes no difference, but in the short term it could either bugger you or win you the game
I guess it doesnt have much wider implications since very few units would be able to move twice in the same phase. Using a spell would be in a different phase so you would roll again for that I assume.

one thing I found in guard is if you nest BOTH the codex WLT SSEG and the GST WLT SSEG in another SSEG they both display radio buttons
@CrusherJoe was complaining that if you nest BRB SSEG in the codex SSEG, the codex WLTs are checkboxes, not radio buttons.

yeah, but that does introduce some other issues... such as keyword problems, unit availability, rules, psychic powers, now relics and stratagems...
nope, I've only just got onto my computer today - i actually didn't turn my PC on last night - I sat and read a (sci-fi - obviously!) book instead because I was so fed up of computing

yeah, but ynnari has so many exceptions that I think this is one of those times it might be best to just put a disclaimer rule of "check your list for validity because we can't code it all"

the only way to simplify it would be to have a SEG of "replace boltgun" and a SEG of "replace bolt pistol" that includes every option. Then, on mobile at least, you wouldn't have so many menus to click through.
but there's still alot of options
