I would suggest a film marathon in his honor, but we're talking soild weeks worth of movies

@Thairne
Nov 12 2018 20:59
I honored him already by watching every movie in the cinema and purchasing every blu ray ;)
that made his dream possible
(at least a tiny tiny part)

perfect
I mean, in the "internet age", have you heard of the theory of second death?? The theory being that your first death is when you physically pass away, but your second death is the last person anyone says your name - in that respect, he's pretty much immortal

for a long, loong time
that man is a legend for hundreds of years, as long as comics and heroes exist people will remember him

Simon Porter
@FarseerVeraenthis
Nov 12 2018 21:03

he lived a fantastic life, and he really did give a lot and gift a lot to people who enjoyed his "work" <-- I'm sure he never felt like it was work...!

I always dreaded the day when the credits would roll and I'd see "In loving memory of Stan Lee"...

He got the best satisfaction of all, he got to see his creation make millions of kids smile and lived to see the things his work inspired them to.
from the big names, to the ordinary police/firefighters and everyday people who stepped in and did something when they were needed
Dirk Bachert
@Thairne
Nov 12 2018 22:13
and never forget - usually it is just a platitude, but his goal was to make people enjoy themselves and have fun
mourning him and being sad is definately not what he would have wanted
