Sorry for the late answer. No, we don't build a scatternet! If your devices happen to be in different piconets they will not find each other. But if your use case allows a internet reachable server endpoint, check out BlaubotServer. You can build a routing between multiple (scattered) Blaubot-networks which is kind of a scatternet topology. If at least one device inside a blaubot network is able to reach the blaubot server, all members of that network can communicate with the server (relaying).
