    I heard during the summer school that items were disappearing from the workspace, this was a serious issue as it led to researchers using other tools to store their data rather than risk losing it.
    Mentioned in one of the presentations, it was not possible to bookmark multiple items over many pages in one go

    Thanks @mwigham. Jaap has done a major restructuring of the annotation API, and this is all fixed and on testing now :)
    About the bookmarking across many pages, there are also improvements (I added more comments in the Single search tool chat)

    At the OH workshop with several people sharing a user account, when one person tried to create projects, each time it hung while loading bookmarks. The projects were created, however.

    Users forget whether they have stored something in a code or in a comment, and so don't understand why they don't see what they have entered in the list

    @mwigham Thank you very much for these suggestions. I also noticed the interest for this during the OH workshop and other sessions. Collaborative workspaces are indeed a very necessary/interesting thing to work on in CLARIAH, but this may come later, since now the necessary steps for user authentication are being taken care of at the CLARIAH level. I am forwarding this issue to @jvgorp or @roelandordelman, so they can please check its status in the roadmap.

    this issue, and the other one about about preferring Comments first and then Codes vary depending on the user group. In this case, we need to solve them with better screencasts/documentation, since changing it for a user group may not be handy for the other user groups ;). But, perhaps in the future, when the Annotation tool/client redesign progresses, we can add a configuration file in which users can directly change the order and labels for these tabs :)

    @jblom I think this was a separate issue that Mari saw when people were sharing the same account to be able to collaboratively save bookmarks. @mwigham: can you please confirm ? ;)

    @jblom @lilimelgar Yes, this was at the workshop with a group of users sharing an account. When they created a project, it hung on 'loading bookmarks' although there were of course no bookmarks, as it was a new project. Once they closed the page and checked again (or when one of the other users looked), the project had been created successfully.

    @mwigham Thank you @mwigham. About saving queries, I have tested in several ways, but was not able to reproduce a situation in which it fails. Most likely this was related to a bug we had in the previous version when deleting queries, but this has been fixed in the new release (launched yesterday). The second issue was fixed and things are working properly in production. I tested and they seem to work allright, but if any user notices something, let's hope they report it ;).
