Nope, that's not possible. There are libraries like from boost that will generate the other functions for you, but often you can implement one thing more efficiently than simply the negation of another thing

How does threading work with chaiscript? If I need it to run in a specific thread? Do I just start it from that thread?

yup, you can just call chai.eval from a certain thread and it will run on that thread
or you can create a new chaiscript object on each thread if you don't need them sharing state
