@thatbrguy thanks for the reply. I am just wondering if that's the case then why it seems that I can't export anything using http://fabrik.cloudcv.org/. I've tried both FF & Chrome. Any ideas why that might be the case? Am I missing sth?
Is celery worker running?if not then run this command in a different terminal
celery -A ide worker --app=ide.celery_app --loglevel=info
@kirk86 Should be an issue with celery on the development end then. Export didn't work for me too @Ram81
@thatbrguy@kirk86 There is some issue with celery worker, some kind of memory leak. I'll have a look at it when I get time this weekend
Hi , I want to help in re writing the README.md . As i also had problems installing and i wouldn't want any one else to go through the same problem as me. So my question is can i add another way the third way of installing using anaconda , As it was really easy using conda to set up the virtual env and installing some dependencies
Hello @sud911. I remember facing path issues (with caffe installation) back when I used a conda environment for Fabrik. Granted it may not always occur, I think it's best to stick with a virtual environment as it is much lighter in terms of space. In any case, conda installation is not too different from virtual env right, so I don't think that's necessary.
Hello everyone, during the 'python manage.py makemigrations caffe_app' stage, i am getting no module named channels error. I am using python2 as mentioned earlier by @Gurpreetsingh9465
Can you share the error log?
@nikhilmudholkar did you installed all the packages in requirements.txt file
Verify it using pip list
Thanks @Gurpreetsingh9465 . I am done with the environment setup. I'll work on some issue now. Can you suggest some beginner issues?
Do i need to take a permission to resolve an issue or Can i work on any open issue?
I have selected 2 beginner issues that i would like to work on
@nikhilmudholkar If no one is working on the issue, you can comment on the issue and start working on it!
I have already commented on a couple of them. Actually someone else already commented that he was working on it. But the comment was dated 30th oct. So i guess i can work on it since it is still open
You can ask on the thread if he is working on it or not.
Sorry if my questions are too basic. I have completed working on an issue. I am facing problem issuing a pull request. I forked the repo, created a new branch and commited changes to new branch in my repo. Now when i visit the orignal Fabrik branch, a "compare and pull request" button pops up. But i am not able to proceed after that
@nikhilmudholkar See the link compare across forks and then in head repository choose your repo
Hi all, I'm Amr. I am an undergrad looking forward to contribute to this amazing project. I'm trying to set my environment but I keep getting this error every time I run 'python manage.py runserver' FATAL: password authentication failed for user "postgres" I tried several solutions on Stackoverflow but none worked
Hey @Varezki have you changed the credentials in settings.py ?
Hi again, it worked. it was a misnaming error and the solution was typing this command 'sudo ln -s /usr/bin/nodejs /usr/bin/node' Thanks @namish800 for your help (Y)
No problem @Varezki
Is someone working on #419 ? I would like to work on it.
No one is assigned for that issue yet. Can someone please assign it to me.
Hi everyone ! I am new here and want to contribute. Please tell me where to start. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I recently found out about Fabrik.
In a completely different field with a completely different angle, I've been working on an almost identical application. The commonality is that both are 'just' graphical pipeline editors where I have been focussing on neuroimaging and MRI data analysis, you have been focussing on machine/deep learning.
