each time i want to open it, i should reinstall it?
KM198912
@KM198912
you can run the testrunner after you made a change to it
and use the provided kernels in test.sln to see if it worked
before you install
Elia Sulimanov
@EliaSulimanov
i mean when i close VS, go working on other projects and ready go back on cosmos
KM198912
@KM198912
no, the extensions stay installed, no hindering in working on other projects
Elia Sulimanov
@EliaSulimanov
should i reinstall it fully, ot just open the IDE.sln file
KM198912
@KM198912
you can just reopen your cosmos kernel solution

Hello, after installing the user kit the 2nd time, the template still doesn't show up in VS2019.
Nor in 2013.
Help would be appreciated.
KM198912
@KM198912
VS2013 is not at all supported
Quajak
@quajak
were you able to run the demos in the devkit?
iiRockyboy199YT
@LordRockPeople_twitter
Not yet, installing the devkit rn.

were you able to run the demos in the devkit?

which demo should I choose, kernel.cs or?

@quajak
Quajak
@quajak
try the GuessKernel.csproj
iiRockyboy199YT
@LordRockPeople_twitter
It opens up just fine.
No errors.
KM198912
@KM198912
can you compile it?
iiRockyboy199YT
@LordRockPeople_twitter
In which menu was compiling again?
I forgot.
Quajak
@quajak
you should just be able to click start
KM198912
@KM198912
press the "play button" or rightclick the solution and build
iiRockyboy199YT
@LordRockPeople_twitter
There's no button like that in VS2019 (for me) pressing Ctrl+D or Ctrl+Shift+D doesn't work too.
Nor f5.
KM198912
@KM198912
can you try loading the .sln instead of the csproj?
