First we need a plan, I suggest the next points: (a) Business Model (Services Based: support, training, consulting and development); (b) Governace (foundation and an executive team); (c) Roadmaps (software, community, education, corporate image)

I may suggest you to check ERPNext work and ERPNext foundation
they do a lot to ensure that their ERP will be always open source and open minded, and try hard to create and involve a community of contributors, users and integrators
they also have chosen specific business model
(no friction with partners)

An idea would be create a simple page, for example on cubicerp.org, which tells about the initiative (creation of foundation), its status (keep CubicERP always open source, drive the governance...) and a call for participation
With an official announce, it would be easier to relay

@yurytello feasible but as CubicERP is ATM your product and the non profit would be impulsed by you, I guess before foundation creation, you (and other involved into CubicERP) should manage it (and write the initial announcement)

@all Cubic ERP S.A.C. is a company in Peru to promote Cubic ERP Software, Cubic ERP S.A.C. will be only one community member more, the community "Cubic ERP Foundation" will be drive by executive team elected by this community. All will have the same rights.
