can i get help regarding asterisk in general ?
my asterisks setup asks customers to enter the service number and we use that to determine who is the customer and if we should give support or not to him
I am using Abto SDK in windows forms application if that make difference

The CallerId(num) is empty when asterisks receive a cross country call
And because it is empty the asterisk sets the From header to Anonymous
meanwhile I manually set the callerId(num) to 0 and callerId(name) to the entered service number.
do you have any idea what should I do to prevent asterisks from send anonymous ?
