1st please always paste errors within the code block syntax (```)

2nd: as the error states, you have a typo in defaults.json

make sure you don't modify that file unless you know what you're doing

Hello ! I installed latest DOS. I have 2 questions: 1) is there a multiple choice option for polls (for example having to chose x candidates from a multiple list), and 2) how can we enable voting by some temporary token, say delivered code via email or whatever, allowing those tokens to be used for one specific voting session or selection of topics ?

and is there more documentation available somewhere ? I found it way too succint for the big amount of code there

hi @kpoman , there is no multiple choice in polls, you can define your options on the topic form and only one option can be selected.
there is no token based voting as you describe, you can limit voting by a time frame, setting a closing date for your topic.

Looks like this is whole, self-contained software and not something you can drop into an existing app.

Is that right or am I missing some part when it can be imported as a library...?

Hello, I work for the French Biodiversity Agency. We'd like to use DemocracyOs to let a wilder audience helps public decision in ecology, and manage to deploy it... But we face a notification issue : no mail is sent by the application (when service is set to 'mailer', we get a ERRCONN 58 error, when we set it to gmail the entry is added to mongo but it never seems to be processed). Can we get some help ? Thanks in advance !

Ok, problem solved using an external SMTP service, putting mailer to {} and adding properties into nodemailer only. Not specified into documentation. By the way, I had to set up numerous MongoDb versions and the last one working was 3.4. Have a nice day.

Now I have another issue : my forum page is empty, whereas I publishing topics in it. Do I miss something ? Thanks in advance !
