Good day to all............I have a question or two for you regarding the sdk directory.........So, both the release and debug libs, dlls, and pdbs are getting placed into the sdk\x86 lib directory (or the x64 directory), and the debug version of the dlls is getting _d appended. Question #1 - are we appending the _d to the libs, also, or just the dlls? Question #2 - On the release builds, are we only building the release executables, or are we building the debug ones also, and if yes, I'm thinking we'll need to append the debug ones with the _d versus making a separate directory for the debug exes.........thanks as always for your time........

Hi, Beth. I have been appending the "_d" suffix to DLLs, and I have been building both the debug and release versions of the executables. But Wes and Des can tell us if they prefer something else.

Thanks.......are we thinking we should append the _d to the debug exes, otherwise the second exe will overwrite the first? Or maybe I'm missing something?

Yes, I have been appending the "_d" suffixes to the executables, in addition to the libraries.

The application may be hard coded to look for specific .exe names (if we're even going to be using the exe's).

Thanks, Beth! Sorry, I forgot about this at the meeting today too. Maybe we append the "_d" as you suggest and change it later if we need to?
