Let me double check for you
@surge-cmcgeorge - You are an admin on the VM, so you should have access to all the folders under C:\Repositories\

@mv003348: Thank you, Mitul. I get the following error, however, when I attempt to open "C:\Repositories": "You don't currently have permission to access this folder." (I can send you a screenshot, if that will help.) Thanks.

@/all - Can anyone else get to the folder?

It requires admin rights. There should be a 'continue' button on that dialog that lets you in to that directory.
You can also get to it via a command line prompt w/ admin access

Hi Des,

I set up an account on the Qt website on Sunday, and I was unable to get the license.

I called Qt yesterday and spoke with Holly, and she indicated to me that she will take a look at it and get back to me.

I called Qt again about 10 minutes ago, and Holly told me that I cannot get the license at this time because it is not in my name, it is in Naomi's name. The people at Qt have contacted Naomi in this regard, but she has not returned the call.

Just wanted you to know where I'm at with this. At this time, I am using an old version (5.2.1) of Qt that I have on my computers in order to get going on the Qt libraries that still need to be built.

That's it for now..........just wanted you to know what's going on. Thanks for your time....

Sincerely,

Beth

@mv003348 It looks like the Jenkins drive filled up. Would it be possible to up that drive to 100GB, or should we just make the Z drive the 'Jenkins' drive since it's 500GB. FYI @/all
@BethOkun Thanks for the update. Sent email to Naomi (cc'd you) for advisement.

@DesPetrie - Which drive are you talking about?
J: drive is basically empty
Build (K:) has 7GB.
Ed Diana
@eddiana
Oct 11 2016 17:27
@mv003348 the K drive

@mv003348

it has about 12GB free

What happens is during the build, the files accumulate and fill up the drive.

okay, you want me to push it to 100GB?

That would be perfect

Or should we move it to the Z drive? Whichever makes more sense. Will we need the 500GB on the Z drive for something else?

@eddiana

I'm good with either. As far as I know, the only thing we're doing on the Z drive is holding the original SA source there.

Which is more cost effective?
and how long would it take to migrate/rebuild what @eddiana has on K?
Ed Diana
@eddiana
Oct 11 2016 17:32
I can migrate the files in a few minutes. I'd have to update the tasks in Jenkins, but thats just going through and changing K to Z on the names of the scripts they call.

It's probably cheaper to keep what you have than to expand...
if you really need to expand, we can do that
and change the drive letters
Ed Diana
@eddiana
Oct 11 2016 17:35
If I move it to Z, you can probably get rid of the K drive entirely.

Hi Des, You'll forgive me if I'm a little confused regarding the most recent emails for issues #35 and #37, where it says the licenses were issued on 9/29/16............I just went back to my account on Qt, and it still says I don't seem to have a commercial license. Am I missing something, or is there a place where I obtain the license?

@BethOkun We purchased licenses the end of September so I'm just updating the ticket. I'm also in the process of adding a note to #35 and #37 that you and Ed are waiting for Naomi to sort out the licenses. No further action is required from you until you hear back from Naomi in the email chain I sent you this morning.
@BethOkun @eddiana @surge-cmcgeorge Additionally, I'm going through the Issues now and updating our libraries progress, so reach out if you get an update via GitHub that doesn't sound right. When I am finished this afternoon, I will send out an updated Libraries progress sheet as well for review. Thanks!
