@bikash44 out of the box, that carousel is image only, but you can do what you like to it. I just put a h1 inside the <a>, with this css:
width: 100%; position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; height: 100%; display: flex; justify-content: center; align-items: center;
Which seemed to work. There is a carousel that has text already built in:

You can see exactly what rules are being set, and if you use Sass in your projects, you can set new values at root, rather than overriding, in your own css.
@YARDSKY sorry, I din't understand what you mean. Do you mean previous/next buttons? If so - there are included functions
.prev() that you can attach to any old button.
Not sure there are concrete rules but it's thought to sensible to start with H1 and work down, so whatever kind fo content the video overlay wouod fit into, use that heading + p.
