If no, try to add "../" to the src attribute of your image.

Tried both methods already, keep in mind im trying to use Parallax, so I'm not sure if it has to do with certain initialization first... it look like this: <div class="parallax-container">
<div class="parallax"><img src="https://r-cf.bstatic.com/images/hotel/max1024x768/181/181609986.jpg"></div>
</div>

Anyone know how to add pulse effect to a double arrow icon? <a href="#home" class="right btn-circle btn-up hide-on-small-only "><i class="fas fa-angle-double-up fa-3x"></i></a> I tried pulse effect from Materialize but it dose't work on this one.
Sean Doherty
@doughballs
@JVinnieP did you initialise the parallax component?

@SamShalby pulse is intended for buttons - and floating buttons specifically - so adding a class of pulse to a tag will make the outer container pulse.

    <a class="btn-floating pulse"><i class="material-icons">menu</i></a>
    <a href="" class="btn pulse">Button</a>

https://codepen.io/pen?template=Pooobeb

https://materializecss.com/pulse.html

   Note: This is meant for floating buttons, so it may not work perfectly with every component.

@doughballs

@Boldi342 if you mean the width of a container, then refer to this:

https://materializecss.com/grid.html#grid-responsive

This is the CSS applied:

.container {
    margin: 0 auto;
    max-width: 1280px;
    width: 90%;
}

The width % changes at the breakpoints listed.

@Henrikcox
@tuffant21 thank you, that worked perfectly! (FAB with sticky tooltips) Had some trouble implementing with the rest of my code but got it working and it looks great, cheers

@Henrikcox you're welcome!

Is it possible not to close the navbar on smaller screens? Because I have just one item in the navbar, which should be shown in every size...
Sean Doherty
@doughballs
the class name ‘hide-on-med-and-down’ is what hides the nav ul links on screens below 600px wide. Remove this class name and they should always be visible. And obviously take out the burger :)

@Boldi342
Is it possible to set an sidebar-element to active?
deaneyang
@deaneyang
I'm sorry, if this is already answered somewhere, but I want to have both a fixed navbar and a mobile collapse button. But when I try to do this, the mobile collapse button doesn't work. It shows the menu, but everything is grayed out. How do i fix this?
Sean Doherty
@doughballs
@deaneyang codepen or link to the live site please.
@Boldi342 I don't understand the question. Do you mean side nav? And the links inside it? Adding a class of active to any nav li makes it active.

hey guys. I made a transparent navbar with no borders using : z-depth-0 class , but i want the nav-bar to change its class after certain section is crossed , a.k.a to become white with z-depth-3 border. Is it possible , and if it is , what exacly have i to write ? I know it should be done via js function , but i simply cant initialize it. Thanks in andvance !
Sean Doherty
@doughballs
@whackvanish that doesn’t sound anything like materialize to me...
@IvayloDaskalov this is a simple thing, just google it. You need to listen for a scroll action, then inside the scroll you want to check for the position from the top of the screen and add class when it goes above your threshold. It’s a problem already solved many times.
IvayloDaskalov
@IvayloDaskalov
@doughballs ok , thank you !

Anthony, what I did was create a 8x8 pixel art drawing graph with div, made the color change to what color the user picks
is there any way to save the state of the finished drawn pixel art graph?
Anthony House
@tuffant21
You might be able to save the canvas image. But that one I am not sure

Anyone an idea, why there is so much space between the card end the end of the card?
If I remove the card-content div, there is not so much space between.
Anthony House
@tuffant21
Is it in a row and col?
If it is, you could try wrapping your rows and cols in a <div class='section' block. See if that helps
Otherwise, if you have some code, put it up on a codepen and I might be able to help

help me, plz!
Sean Doherty
@doughballs
Remove options from the initialisation as you haven’t declared any.
var instances = M.Sidenav.init(elems);
@whackvanish save it where, and for how long? For data persistence you need to use a database. You can save session data in local storage that will remain on repeat visits until the cache is cleared.
