    Ah okay. So it's looking for a specific response not just an alive packet.
    I do a little, bit not dotnet unfortunately.
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    Yeah indeed, but even if that call is sucessfull. I have no idea if all the other calls will work. I will have to create another http client in my code to handle all Jellyfin communication
    Backslash
    @Backslashh
    Everything else should mostly be the same. If you can create the response for Jellyfin I can start testing.
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    on what OS you want to run it?
    I'll see if I can create a package so you can test it
    you also have an idea about what Jellyfin returns in his ping api call? Otherwise, I'll try to install a server and test it.
    Backslash
    @Backslashh
    I run it on Docker.
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    Linux or windows?
    Backslash
    @Backslashh
    Linux based docker
    Backslash
    @Backslashh
    Looks like the responses are "200" and "OK"
    /emby/emby/System/Ping":{"get":{"tags":[],"operationId":"PingSystem","consumes":["application/json"],"produces":["application/json"],"parameters":[],"responses":{"200":{"description":"OK"}},"security":[{"api_key":[]}]}}
    Almost all APIs work too. They haven't removed any. Only merged some together
    Backslash
    @Backslashh
    @mregni I can give you access to my Jellyfin api
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    Looks indeed very similar :) I'll give it a try when I'm home

    @mregni hey man! How do I send a private message here? :D
    I tried to send you my db file on emby/community, but it seems the file is too big hehe. (That's what she said)
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    hahaha lol :p I just send you a PM

    Hi @mregni
    Ezzahhh
    @Ezzahhh
    I seem to get this error on a complete new docker installation: [ERROR] Error while running job System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key '61' was not present in the dictionary.
    Is this an issue relating to a corrupt emby database? This database has only just been created
    I am using this docker image though: https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/embystat
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    Can you give me the call stack from the log files as well?
    Someone else reported that issue as well on Github I think

    Hi , I just installed beta18 on on debian , trying to connect to jellyfin but cant get past the wizard , I enter the server localhost and jellyfin https port (its a non standard one), token , and next page , I get a red exclamation icon
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    I'm adding some more logging and a --debug flag so I can get more logging why the call to Jellyfin is failing.

    @Facinorous-420
    Is this project still being worked on?
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    It is but very slowly for the moment :( I'm did improve a lot of stuff but I can't release a new beta because I rewrote a lot of stuff. So first I need to get a working version again before I can release it.
    But it has been very quite from my end
    Facinorous
    @Facinorous-420
    Ah that's good news! I was curious because I noticed no commits since 2020.
    Don't stress about it, after all it's FOSS. I appreciate you for creating it and continuing to work on it; regardless of how quite it may be. <3
    I have set up an instance, using the LinuxServer docker container. In the set up phase I connected to my jellyfin from it's external URL I type into my browser to connect to it outside my home network. In the set up it connected, and passed completely through the set up.
    Even when selecting libraries for shows and movies it detected their art for the libraries. Nice!
    Though when I actually got to the main pages, it says there are no libraries. I go to the settings page to initiate a scan, and it fails. I check the old and it says invalid host name. I can get the actual logs, one second.
    Facinorous
    @Facinorous-420
    Also anywhere in the site it is showing my jellyfin host name as https://null:0
    Is this a known issue? If so, I imagine it'll be fixed in the newest update whenever that gets published and I must wait? 😀
    Mikhaël Regni
    @mregni
    That is some strange issue, probably the save itself failed
    what you can do for now is shut down the server, edit the usersettings.js file directly and start it again. It should pick up your new server URL.
    I will have a look into this asap
    currently the wizard is one big mess so will have to clean that up first :-D
