BrutuZ (discord) Or maybe set a custom variable instead
ksurl (discord) i have been using the anchor for different messages and then a template for multiple tasks. but at this point each task has a different message format 🤷🏻‍♂️
ksurl (discord) not a big deal

BrutuZ (discord) ```yaml
set:
discord_title: Lorem Ipsum
discord_msg: Dolor sit amet
notify:
entries:
via:

  - discord:
      webhook_url: x
      embeds:
        - title: {{discord_title}}
          description: {{discord_msg}}
          color: c

```
spitballin' here
ksurl (discord) that could work
ksurl (discord) if i use the variable in teh anchor/template and then set the variable in the task
BrutuZ (discord) That was the idea
FlexGet Bot
@FlexGet-Bot
ksurl (discord) it complains about color being a string instead of int
ksurl (discord) any way to pass a variable as int?
BrutuZ (discord) Don't quote it
ksurl (discord) it is not quoted in set: but it complains about invalid yaml if i just pass it as color: {{ discord_color }}
BrutuZ (discord) That should no longer be a problem
ksurl (discord) you're right. it threw me off since you use {{ }} in the snippet above, but variable should be {? x ?}
BrutuZ (discord) I meant that since the "example" wasn't accounting for variables, but if you figured a working solution now that's what matters
ksurl (discord) well it is not quite working
ksurl (discord) if i set it in variables: globally then it works
ksurl (discord) but if I use set: in the task then it still passes as string
ksurl (discord) I guess I can set it globally since color will be reused and not task specific
@FlexGet-Bot
BrutuZ (discord) Ah yes, the tweaks, trials and errors. Flexget's true endgame 😆
ksurl (discord) something like this:
variables:
  discord:
    color1: c
    color2: d
templates:
  anchors:
    _entries: &entries
      via:
        - discord:
            web_hook_url: x
            embeds:
              - title: "{? discord.title ?}"
                description: "{? discord.description ?}"
                color: '{? discord.color1 ?}'
tasks:
  test:
    set:
      discord:
        title: 'a'
        description: 'b'
    notify:
      entries:
        <<: *entries
ksurl (discord) nevermind it just prints "{? discord.title ?} and {? discord.description ?} it seems whoever wrote the discord plugin only takes literals in the embed?
ksurl (discord) or it's not defined yet
BrutuZ (discord) Should this work as a way to prefer 720p over 1080p when both are available?
    reorder_quality:
      720p:
        above: 1080p
    quality: 1080p+
I've already found out that 720p|1080p doesn't
BrutuZ (discord) Any insights on how to handle that miss-identified S01E265?
 `Kumo desu ga, Nani ka?` uses `ep` mode to identify episode numbering.
 See `identified_by` option for more information.
gazpachoking (slack) @BrutuZ You can prefer something by using sort_by plugin
gazpachoking (slack) I thought we had some bits to strip quality out before doing ep matching...
FlexGet Bot
@FlexGet-Bot
gazpachoking (slack) Oh, maybe because it's 10bit it doesn't strip out the x265
gazpachoking (slack) Interesting
FlexGet Bot
@FlexGet-Bot
BrutuZ (discord) Yup, the issue wasn't that it picked one over the other, was in identifying the x265 quality as episode number. Didn't know if there was a config route around it like using another parser (the name eludes me atm) or if could be GitHub issue material
FlexGet Bot
@FlexGet-Bot
gazpachoking (slack) You could try guessit parser
BrutuZ (discord) Will give it a try 👍
fallen-one (discord) gday all. i had a torrent accepted but was incorrect. what is the best way to remove it from the db so when the correct one comes back it downloads it
gazpachoking (slack) Accepted by what? Series plugin?
ksurl (discord) flexget seen search 'title'
flexget seen forget 'title'
ksurl (discord) or you can use url or something else
gazpachoking (slack) If you mean series, flexget series remove https://flexget.com/CLI/series
1011 (discord) hello everyone, if I want to use a custom text as input for series.
What does this text format look like? thanks
@markolonius
Hey all, anyone know what i'm doing wrong trying to filter by label from_deluge. '[/tasks/cleanup-torrents/from_deluge/filter] Got [{'label': 'movie'}], expected: dict'
FlexGet Bot
@FlexGet-Bot
gazpachoking (slack) How are you configuring?
markolonius
@markolonius
let me see if i can paste this right lol
''' cleanup-torrents:
priority: 40
from_deluge:
<<: *deluge
filter:
    - label: 'movie'
'''
Sorry that didnt format well
FlexGet Bot
@FlexGet-Bot
gazpachoking (slack) The dash before label seems to be the problem
gazpachoking (slack) 'label' should just be 2 spaces more indented that 'filter'
markolonius
@markolonius
Ah ok. Is it possible to do multiple labels?
never mind! thanks for the help. figured it out can just do multiple label lines
FlexGet Bot
@FlexGet-Bot
gazpachoking (slack) No, multiple labels isn't possible
gazpachoking (slack) But, you could filter based on multiple labels using 'regexp' plugin, on the 'deluge_label' field
gazpachoking (slack) Rather than using the filtering built into from_deluge
