@AdventureBear I've had problems working with Cheerio before as well, but I found a site that shows you the JSON that it creates from the HTML you feed it and that made it a million times easier to solve my problems. It's been a qhile so I don't remember the site exactly, but you might look into it if it helps your problems :)

@becausealice2 @apottr this is as far as I could get...I guess I"m not very good at traversing the DOM. I get a response, but I can't dial down to the title of the auctions

A quick update; I submitted my ideas for that Medium Datascience Pick; well I have to await their response. My project is getting shape. From OCR I am now into handwriting recognition. In the AppStore I've found an app database for making forms and an app MyScript for the handwriting recognition. Combining the two I can now make analysis form to record the data in a non intrusive way. Taking notes by hand is still faster than scrolling spreadsheets if you have a lot of variables. The exported cvs file can later be adjusted for further processing. The next stage will be the variable design for textual/content/style analysis combined with linguistics computing. So I am a bit happy 😊 now!

@mesmoiron awesome! :+1: Good luck in your future analysis  Variable design will be the interesting bit, in my opinion.
