I got the youtube data sort of ready. Although my rmd file is working in R it won't Knit. It gives me error messages like NA not allowed in the function quantile(); However there are no NA's. Until now I find Jupyter notebook a bit easier. It will take me more time to get the files up.

Knitr creates a new session when you knit. So if there are errors it won’t create the document. Unless you found a bug, there is an error you haven’t fixed. Does the entire rmd file compile on its own without knitting? @mesmoiron

@GoldbergData When I run the individual chuncks in the rmd file they all produce output without errors. So I assumed that the file is ok. The functions it
it's complaining about don't have errors in the regular R file and the rmd. There was only one clue I'll have to check and that is that all the files must be in the directory of the rmd file. They are now in a map structure like rawdata, code, pictures etc. Maybe that's the problem.

Yeah if you didn’t setup your RMD in a project environment, you may have working directory issues. @mesmoiron
