Your h2 element should have the class red-text.
Your stylesheet should declare a red-text class and have its color set to red.

I have a question I am working on the test "Check for Palindromes" - I seem to have written the code and it recognizes when I have a proper true statement but when it is false it does nothing - I am not sure why it is not working.

function palindrome(str) {
// Good luck!

var theStart = str.toLowerCase().replace(/[^a-z0-9]/g + "");
var reverseStr = theStart.split().reverse().join();
return reverseStr === theStart;
}

palindrome("eye", "2A33a2", "2A3 3a2", "2_A33#A2", "racecar", "RaceCar", "race CAR");

Garrus Napp
@GarrusNapp
Jan 10 2017 01:13
@williamtech814 well, what if you'd get the value of that variable from something else, like a function earlier in code? It's just to show you that you can use data stored in variables to access properties too, not only direct values

@tiremon112-one of my sons went to a boot camp this past summer. In my opinion there were some advantages to going to boot camp. It was intense. He was able to cover a lot of ground because there was support. They had a lab at the end of the day where you could get some one on one. They had a job coach that worked getting his resume in good shape and interview practice. They had field trips out to companies and were able to ask questions. He found out about networking. He was doing free code camp before he went to boot camp and after graduation to keep the skills going. It really depends on what you need.

how do you use an ID Attribute to Style an Element?
Garrus Napp
@GarrusNapp
Jan 10 2017 01:34
just like class
but instead of <element class="...."> it's <element id="...">. And in the style part you declare it with # instead of .
also one element can only have one ID

object keys
Manish Giri

that works when the property you're looking for exists in the object directly
here, there's no property called checkProp, literally
