first used the arguments to combine arr and remainder of the args\

admittedly, i dislike writing css; but some of the css selectors are very cool
for example, i'm using .myClassName input [type=text]::placeholder { I think it's cool how specific you can be without just assigning ID's to everything

Can anyone help me with this problem? Create a new function called totalOfNumbers that will take in an array of numbers and add all of them to the total variable, and then return total. I don't know how to make a for statement that combines an array

i think the only thing your loop is missing is you're trying to add total += arr when it should be the i'th index of the array
so arr[i]

you are trying to add the full array to the total, you should aim for individual parts of the array with arr[i] (that would be arr[0] then arr[1] etc...)

What I mean is: when I was making my app on my local machine, I could do all my axios requests with http://localhost:3090 but now I'm deploying my app to heroku. I would like to not have to hard-code my heroku url into my axios requests.

For some reason, process.env.appUrl is undefined even though my other environment variables seem to work.

some have come here and really struggled with the curriculum, made me wonder if A: they really were bootcamp grads or B: the bootcamp's taught them anything

Which one? I don't recommend bootcamps unless you are already pretty decent and someone else is paying for it. The ones here crank out some awful "junior devs".

I find they can be improved with alcohol, not a good long term solution though...
