I had been checking in around coding in case I could help anyone. Though having to type on an iPad screen generally means by the time I’ve gone and looked at the challenge, figured out the poster’s problem, and typed a reply then someone else has responded anyway because I’m slow

First, the question started off with a “thanks” that makes the answerer feel good. It also helps contextualize the situation, which makes it easier to answer.

you guys were talking about the chat room activity - they used to be a lot more active, there was a link to the chat rooms somewhere on the old website - its not there anymore, and everyone is being pushed to the forum - i prefer the chat rooms
theres chat rooms on discord too if anyone didnt know https://discordapp.com/channels/286587968179929088/286589700196663307 - a lot of people that used to be here migrated over there

There is an annoying bug in the node repl on windows, it makes the terminal close when I paste long code snippets
