Between the style tags, give the p elements font-size of 16px. Browser and Text zoom should be at 100%.
<p{font-size: 30px;}</p>

*we need to adhere to the needed structure:
<style>
      `class`
       `element`
</style>

<h2>....</h2>

<p...>...</p>

<p>....</p>
  • for font-size, refer to the example code syntax/format, here:
h1 {
  font-size: 30px;
}

@snake7up
guys can you help me with this, how can i remove the space between rows, i already tried add a class and put margin:0px in css but didnt work https://postimg.org/image/rnifsqlad/
Norvin Burrus
@ndburrus

@Maryam0011 ok, there may be some confusion here.... :)

  • some of the code may have been erased/deleted.

  • the first lesson paragraph, here:
    Now you know three ways of targeting elements: by type: $("button"), by class: $(".btn"), and by id $("#target1").
    is explaining that this code

      $("button")...;
      $(".btn")...;
      $("#target1").....;

    is valid. so we need to add it back in.

  • the 2nd paragraph offers the method to add classes - .addClass(). so we need this for each line.
  • paragraphs 4-6 identify what goes inside the parentheses.

getting clearer? :)

@Manish-Giri guys can you help me, i want to remove space between rows but everything i tried to do didnt work, here is the picture http://imgur.com/a/e4sQR
Manish Giri
@Manish-Giri

@Yaqubcode this is wrong

<style>.font-size: {16px;} </style>

you're supposed to target the p selector and set it's font-size property to the value 16px;

Norvin Burrus
@ndburrus

@Yaqubcode :sparkles:

  • take a quick peek at the :point_up: structure
  • the style element has 2 elements.
  • the class would be .red-text (defined as color: red;) &
  • the element would be p (defined as font-size: 16px;)
  • the text in the p elements has been reversed - switch it back (just the text order, not the class).

making sense?

Manish Giri
@Manish-Giri
@snake7up are you using bootstrap?
