Vick
@Vickmeister

@heroiczero okay, i'll make the change
heroiczero
@heroiczero

@Vickmeister you should keep your

}

don't know why you deleted it

Jaime Ruelas
@sdjjr3296
i'm stuck at "specify How Fonts Should Degrade" and idk how to use h2 element to use the font Lobster. And degrade to the front monospace when Lobster is not available.
Can someone help me out!?
Steven
@LemonTruth
Can anyone explain to me why the class "btn-primary" in bootstrap makes it blue???? Why not just "btn-blue"?
Michael Worlow
@MichaelWorlow

Steven
@LemonTruth
pls...someone please explain this to me
heroiczero
@heroiczero
@LemonTruth "btn-primary" is defined in the bootstrap.css. That lesson is just teaching you some of the classes for bootstrap
Abhijith Nair
@abhijithnair
Your p element should contain the first few words of the provided additional kitty ipsum text.
How to do this part?
Steven
@LemonTruth
@heroiczero but why does "btn-primary" make a button blue? I don't quite understand.
heroiczero
@heroiczero
@sdjjr3296 just use
font-family:Times,sans;
for an example it degrades from Times to Sans if Times is not available
Jaime Ruelas
@sdjjr3296
can someone help me out!!?
Steven
@LemonTruth
@sdjjr3296 what you need help with?
Daniela
@dcgibbs
I am suppose to create a class called smaller-image and use it to resize the image however I am unsure where I am suppose to put the actual code <style>
.smaller-image {
width: 100px;
}
</style>
Kenny Huynh
@KennyHuynh19
how do you resize a image
Jaime Ruelas
@sdjjr3296
but it said i have to comment it out
Daniela
@dcgibbs
@KennyHuynh19 I have same question lol
Kenny Huynh
@KennyHuynh19
confusing
heroiczero
@heroiczero
@sdjjr3296 comment in html is <!-- and --> comment out the <link> on the first line
Daniela
@dcgibbs
YEs! I have tried everything
Steven
@LemonTruth
@sdjjr3296 Gotchu heffe
@sdjjr3296 h2 {
font-family: Lobster, Monospace;
}
heroiczero
@heroiczero
@dcgibbs make sure you target the <img>
Kenny Huynh
@KennyHuynh19
@heroiczero how?
Daniela
@dcgibbs
@heroiczero do I just add that before the actual "smaller-image" code
heroiczero
@heroiczero
@dcgibbs how did you do it for red-text in <h2>
Daniela
@dcgibbs
@heroiczero <h2 class="red-text">CatPhotoApp</h2>
heroiczero
@heroiczero
@dcgibbs @KennyHuynh19 its the same thing you just have to get the <img> and define a class with smaller-image
Daniela
@dcgibbs
okay I will try and see if that works
lapwilson
@lapwilson
@dcgibbs yup what @heroiczero said should work
Kenny Huynh
@KennyHuynh19
so a separate one like <img class="smaller-size">?
lapwilson
@lapwilson
@KennyHuynh19 yup
heroiczero
@heroiczero
@KennyHuynh19 you already have an <img> in your code just have to add class=""
Steven
@LemonTruth
@KennyHuynh19 on the same one
sramdeo
@sramdeo
just to add to what @heroiczero was saying, there's an example where you can put two classes in the image. in the quotations.
Kenny Huynh
@KennyHuynh19
@sramdeo yea how?
Steven
@LemonTruth
@KennyHuynh1 @KennyHuynh19 space in between
Daniela
@dcgibbs
the example it gave was this:
<style>
.larger-image {
width: 500px;
}
</style>
