<button class="col-xs-5" type="submit" class="btn btn-primary"><i class="fa fa-paper-plane"></i> Submit</button>
</div>
Nest your form text input in a div with the class col-xs-7.
Nest your form submission button in a div with the class col-xs-5.
Bharath Kumar Reddy
@reddy-bharathkumar
@mrod75 you should create separate div with class=col-xs-7 and place your input tag in it, same goes for image
Michael Rodriguez
@mrod75
see anything wrong with that? says I have done those two steps
@reddy-bharathkumar thank you!

Alexander Køpke
@alexanderkopke
@thekholm80 haven't used it yet
Kyle Holm
@thekholm80
@alexanderkopke me either. at least, successfully
someone told me it would let me loop through values in an object but I've not been able to accomplish that
but for ... in lets me loop through keys, so :shrug:
Alexander Køpke
@alexanderkopke
hmm
Kyle Holm
@thekholm80
i couldn't find anything on mdn that says it can loop through object values, so I'm guessing someone was mistaken when they told me
Alexander Køpke
@alexanderkopke
it would be nice if one could loop through objects without having to use the keys method
Nikolay Nikolov
@nlazarvn

Kyle Holm

Hi all! I am having a really hard time on ex.43 "Set the ID of an Element"- I don't understand what the id attribute does and I have no idea where to add it to my code... Does anyone have any suggestions? I am still really new to coding and this is all very confusing
Kyle Holm
@thekholm80
<element attribute='value'></element>
pretty standard for all html
Spencer
@SV2017
@thekholm80but there is already an attribute there from a previous exercise... how can I add another? And what does the id attribute even do?
Kyle Holm
@thekholm80
<element attribute="value" attribute="value" attribute="value">
Nahuel Ovejero
@NahuelOvejero
@SV2017 the id attribute is usefull to give style with #myidname , but change nothings by itself
Kyle Holm
@thekholm80
ids are unique identifiers for an element
Nahuel Ovejero
@NahuelOvejero
you can only have 1 element with the id, cannot be repetat as classes
