@DarylKnapp if you look into the dev tools can u see if the img was loaded or not?
@DarylKnapp because it maybe a relative path to the image problem or if it correctly loads but not showing it means you have to give to the element for witch you aplay that background-image some width and height
@DarylKnapp if you placed it in html using an <img> tag its not the same as declaring it as background-image. the img tag will try to accommodate the space provided by his parent container while background-image applied to the parent container will try to take full width/height of it depending also on other properties like background-size: cover or fill etc

@sorinr I have got 5 flex-items, I have set the width of each to 20vw. No margins or padding. They should fit on one line right?
