smallestCommons([23,18]);
the other tests pass apart from this (comes up with potential infinite loop). should I use //noprotect?
@longnt80
Long Nguyen
@longnt80
yes you should use it

https://codepen.io/gothamknight/pen/jLzrBm?editors=0100 how can I make the boxs next to the icons (which have the class nav-link) have a width of 0px. I have set the width of 0px but they stay that size.
Also, how is it going? @SkyC0der
Gulsvi
@gulsvi
@gothamknight Hmmm, I'm not sure what bootstrap is doing to those. They have some display: flex stuff keeping you from making them 0px wide
Why do you want them to be 0px?
iso
@iso1048
to completely hide the text, so that I can animate it to 200px when the menu icon is clicked. @SkyC0der
Gulsvi
@gulsvi
@gothamknight This will get rid of those:
  width: 0;
  padding: 0;
  overflow: hidden;
  border: none;
The padding was keeping it from getting to 0px wide
iso
@iso1048
@SkyC0der what padding?
Gulsvi
@gulsvi
.nav-link {
  display: block;
  padding: 0.5rem 1rem;
}
^^ Default padding for .nav-link elements in bootstrap: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/twitter-bootstrap/4.0.0-beta/css/bootstrap.css
iso
@iso1048
@SkyC0der yeah ok thought so, because I just changed the class to nav-text, then did overflow: hidden and it worked
@SkyC0der thanks man. How long till you leave?

true.
@SkyC0der by the way, do you know which js framework is most commonly used for making android/ios apps?
Gulsvi
@gulsvi
Android is Java, iOS is Objective-C or Swift
I guess you could use React Native, for JS
iso
@iso1048
oh ok.
@SkyC0der and why did you chose to learn react over angular, node and whatever else there is (vue ?)
Gulsvi
@gulsvi
@gothamknight React is what's next in Free Code Camp, no other reason.
I'm guessing that once you learn one, the others are easy to pick up
iso
@iso1048
@SkyC0der I started coding because I thought I could put some apps on the app store, but I haven't even done anything about that yet.
might try java
when I get the chance
Gulsvi
@gulsvi
@gothamknight We're a long way from making app store apps - you should be able to make some chrome plugins though
iso
@iso1048
@SkyC0der I understand that I would be a long way off, but surely you could.
