@Shadilix contacts is an array. you can easily iterate through each object inside it. https://www.freecodecamp.com/challenges/iterate-through-an-array-with-a-for-loop (edited)

function titleCase(str) {

  var words = str.toLowerCase().split(" ");

  for ( i=0; i < words.length; i++ ) {

      words[i].charAt(0).toUpperCase() + words[i].substring(1);

    }
     var final = words.join(" ");

  }
 return final;
}

titleCase("I'm a little tea pot");
@moigithub @DanCouper could you tell me how to fix this/continue?

@khaduch I'm fairly new, and I know I'm supposed to extrapolate from previous lessons but I may need more practice at tasks prior to moving on. I'm getting notion that coding isn't for me, however I do want to build websites, which I've already done but to move ahead I need these skills.
Ahmed Ramy
@Shadilix
or should i delete everything and start with a for loop ?
Manish Giri
@Manish-Giri
this returns a value
you're not saving it anywhere
@EricHasegawa
Eric Hasegawa
@EricHasegawa
@Manish-Giri How do I save it to somewhere

@kumquatfelafel r u sure ?
Saif Ur Rahman

@Shadilix you need to check firstname first you can either use contact_object.firstName==firstName or contact_object["firstName"]==firstName
Sumit Wath
@dashingsuma
Modify the function abTest so that if a or b are less than 0 the function will immediately exit with a value of undefined.
function abTest(a, b) {
  // Only change code below this line
  if(a>0 || b>0)

  // Only change code above this line

  return Math.round(Math.pow(Math.sqrt(a) + Math.sqrt(b), 2));
}
Saif Ur Rahman
@saifsmailbox98
@dashingsuma if they are less than 0 not greater than
Kelechi Chinaka
@ke1echi
no keyword called final @kumquatfelafel
Manish Giri
@Manish-Giri
@dashingsuma > is greater than
Eric Hasegawa
@EricHasegawa
function titleCase(str) {

  var words = str.toLowerCase().split(" ");

  for ( i=0; i < words.length; i++ ) {

     var xyz = words[i].charAt(0).toUpperCase() + words[i].substring(1);

     var lastOne = xyz.join(" ");
  }
  }
 return lastOne;
}

titleCase("I'm a little tea pot");
@Manish-Giri @kumquatfelafel What do I do from here ?
Sumit Wath
@dashingsuma

```function abTest(a, b) {
// Only change code below this line
if(a<0 && b<0)
// Only change code above this line
return Math.round(Math.pow(Math.sqrt(a) + Math.sqrt(b), 2));
}
// Change values below to test your code
abTest(2,2);
```
