:3 I kinda do things backwards, the first jam I was in I was aiming too high gameplay wise and it was only a 72h gamejam

anyway, I'm awful at javascript; I'm more of a versatile game designer, doing a bit of everything but not extremely well
and sticking with 2d games only for now, learned my lesson

That's something I haven't been using a lot of. It's not quite like how flixel does it. Harder for me to get a grip on.

basically it's for things like main menus, gameplay, game over screen and such; very useful
because each one has different stuff overall; but you can have variables and such get passed from one to another, which is great; but still confused a little about the whole thing; especially if doing things in a single file vs multiple files for various states; but I'll get around to it

There's an intro that plays only once and then a looped part.
