Would it be possible to compile ContentTools with Gulp instead of Grunt?
We build our sites on Laravel and are very interested in ContentTools, but we use Gulp so I'm wondering how we could still integrate it

Hi @ArtbyArjan - I don't see any reason why not.

Can ContentTools be installed through a package manager like Composer/Bower/NPM?

Grunt is used to manage the build process for the content tools libraries, but if you just want to use the libraries they can be included in your project as any other JS file would be (e.g you can use the build/content-tools.js file)
If you want to switch the whole build process to grunt, I've not used gulp other than following a getting started guide, but I don't use any grunt packages that don't have equivalents on gulp so I would imagine the switch would take maybe an hour tops

good luck - I'm sure there will be others interested in a gulp build as opposed to grunt
