@anthonyjb That's insane! I very much appreciate that. To get the static files in www working correctly I set app = Flask(__name__, static_url_path="", static_folder="www"). I wonder why there is nothing that saves the changes to file in app.py.

@adnion saves are performed in the page blueprint, in views.py, see the save_page function

Thank you for helping me out again @anthonyjb. I guess one last change is missing, because I get 404 on all links in index.html like http://127.0.0.1:5000/getting-started. There has to be a setting to set the html root correctly. Feel free to ignore me, as you already helped me out a lot ;)

@adnion try setting the server name to 127.0.0.1:5000 - flask requires the SERVER_NAME in the settings to match the domain or you'll get 404 - I always use a local nginx server to setup and provide an entry in my hosts file to get around this but setting the server name should work
