Joel Kuntz
@Frozenfire92
I vote having the prompt on a newline, I think it looks better for longer lines, and it solves our readline issues
not really but makes them less likely to occur
Glavin Wiechert
@Glavin001
It does???
Joel Kuntz
@Frozenfire92
sometimes if you backspace the whole prompt line disappears
haven't noticed since trying it on a new line
Glavin Wiechert
@Glavin001
If it 100% solved the Readline issues then I am sold. If not then not sold
Almost yh re
There
Joel Kuntz
@Frozenfire92
I'm biased too because I like my prompt on a new line

I started working on the report, and my eye started twitching, so I’m going to nap and work more on it tonight/tomorrow. It needs a fair bit more work, but I’m happy to finish it mostly, if you guys just want to fill in any details you think I may miss. Most important now I think, it discussing our challenges, what we haven’t implemented (and why), and how we have made it easy for ourselves to implement those things in the future (i.e the command tree)… it would be nice to have anticipated future challenges as well.
