我发现在做enrichKEGG的时候，虽然p和q都限定的1，但是minGSSize设的5…结果却显示了所有的通路，包括count＜5的

ubuntu14.04下最新的R 3.2.5和最新的clusterProfiler

minGSSize卡的不是count，而是gene set size.

@crisprucd narrowPeak file is also in BED format ans was supported. Just follow the vignette
