@sayamss Docker was a great example of this. I knew nothing about Docker when I joined and now that I've learnt about it, I can see myself using the knowledge that I've obtained in GCI and use it in real life applications.

Windows Home and Docker hate each other 😂...but I learnt Quarkus and Maven...JBoss also helped with my Golang experience

Download your favourite Linux distro's .iso package and in vm's like virtualBox or VMware, you can just click on new virtual machine and select the iso file

With some configs you have to do like allocate storage and ram
