    @aesteve Please try to reload sbt project (via sbt tool window). Also, what's the Scala plugin version (in Settings | Plugins)?
    Arnaud Esteve
    @aesteve
    I already did reload in sbt
    (but I can remove the project, reimport, I'll do that)
    Scala plugin version: 2020.1.870
    Pavel Fatin
    @pavelfatin
    Did you previously open that project in IDEA 2019.3?
    Arnaud Esteve
    @aesteve
    yes :\
    I removed the project, rm -rf .idea, the re-imported it, and re-ran sbt and still the same issue
    I missed something for sure, sorry for the inconvenience
    Pavel Fatin
    @pavelfatin
    Ah... There's a mysterious https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/SCL-17196 Please try to open the Project Settings, Libraries, find "dotty-library..." (with a Scala logo), and tell the Scala version in the combobox.
    The Scala version must be correctly detected as "3" for the corresponding features to be enabled. If the version is not "3.0", please correct it and see whether that helps.
    Arnaud Esteve
    @aesteve
    I was indeed set to 2.12
    Changed it to 3.0 => no effect, Re-ran the sbt import => and it's working fine
    thanks a lot !!
    Some keywords (like opaque) are not highlighted, is there somewhere we can help? :)
    Pavel Fatin
    @pavelfatin
    The work is in progress (right now - we're adding a support for the indents). Feel free to create a ticket for the "opaque" thing in https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/search/Scala-15541 (that may help both us and users to track the progress).

    @aesteve
    I guess I'm not allowed to

    @aesteve
    Thx, an umbrella issue for every keyword, or rather a single issue per keyword ?
    Pavel Fatin
    @pavelfatin
    It's probably better to create a separate ticket for each keyword.
    Arnaud Esteve
    @aesteve
    ok, I'll do that, then
    Arnaud Esteve
    @aesteve
    https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/SCL-17230 just tell me if anything is missing, I'll update the ticket, thanks a lot for the plugin update!
    Pavel Fatin
    @pavelfatin
    Looks good, thanks!

    @nafg
    @aesteve I'm not sure if it's what you meant to to ask, but EAP doesn't force you to use scala 3, I've been using EAP for a while already for scala 2
    Arnaud Esteve
    @aesteve
    Oh no, that's not what I meant, sorry if I've been unclear. That's just : in order to test Scala 3 I needed to install EAP, and when I installed EAP, it told me a lot of plugins wouldn't be active anylonger. But thanks to the good tip about Jetbrains platform, I've managed to install it separately, so I'm perfectly fine :)
    thanks for your comment :)

    @mutcianm
    @superseacat good news: you actually can pull IJ plugins using maven API: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/docs/marketplace/maven-interface.html

    Im trying to use ammonite support in IntelliJ and it doesnt work, unfortunately. When I try to import dependencies via popup it does nothign...

    @politrons
    Hi all, I just install the EAP version to play with dotty and run test by sbt work just fine.But code it does not compile in the IDE
    any idea how to make it compile to being able to play a little bit with

    @arteme
    Is there any macro errors support (thrown when macro calls c.abort) or work towards that? I'm working with macwire and it would be nice to get highlighting for incorrect wire-macro usage
    Paolo G. Giarrusso
    @Blaisorblade
    @politrons probably you should ignore the intellij errors as false positives — maybe you can still disable them altogether?
    (is IntelliJ for Dotty still using its own presentation compiler?)
    any plan to use the real presentation compiler, either directly or through Dotty’s future version of Metals?
    Justin Kaeser
    @jastice
    @Blaisorblade for compiler messages we don't use presentation compiler for Dotty, but the actual Scala compiler (or BSP server in such BSP projects)
    Nikolay Tropin
    @niktrop
    @arteme For now, the only option is to reimplement these errors in Scala plugin. For example, you may write a custom inspection: https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-scala/wiki/Library-Extensions
    @politrons Compilation should work after sbt project import. If you opened your project in IDEA 2019.3 or before, you may need to remove .idea folder first.

    @Krever

    Hey, I configured sbt with

    sourceDirectories := Seq(file("."))

    (I'm trying to have minimal dir structure/project size)
    yet its not recognized by intellij after import - root is not marked as source root

    Dmitrii Naumenko
    @unkarjedy
    @Krever Could you please create a ticket about Ammonite?
    Wojtek Pituła
    @Krever
    I will try but I already removed my project

    how to find out which commit was used for nightly build?
    Pavel Fatin
    @pavelfatin

    @politrons

    But code it does not compile in the IDE any idea how to make it compile to being able to play a little bit with

    If this means that there are errors in editor, please see https://gitter.im/JetBrains/intellij-scala?at=5e72001db00d7a3a2cc571e2

    NB: to try Scala 3, please use Nightly builds, not EAP builds

    @tpasternak We don't add git tags for nightly builds, usually it is the last build of idea201.x branch available on 12:00 AM GMT.
