    Hello! This is the chat for Kajero. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

    Hi
    Nice work! But not to blunder like brackets is better to choose a multilingual font

    I like this a lot. I don't know what your plans are for this project post-masters, but if you want to see more people using it consider making a Sandstorm port. https://sandstorm.io/ (I'm not affiliated with Sandstorm, I'm just a happy user.

    @ZloDeeV I'm not sure what you're saying - is it about multilingual fonts? You should be able to add custom CSS if you save the thing as an HTML document and add a stylesheet/style tag. I'll probably add styling stuff to the editor at some point. :)
    @sharpedavid I'm not really interested in Sandstorm. I'm sure someone can make a port if they want to

    can I render an arbitrary HTML element instead of a markdown block?
    Joel Auterson
    @JoelOtter
    Yes
    fiatjaf
    @fiatjaf
    how?

    Great project @JoelOtter! I was wondering if it would be possible to create a ReactJS component based on kajero which could take a markdown string and present the user with the processed result. A sort of partial renderer if you will. In your opinion is it possible?
    Joel Auterson
    @JoelOtter
    Hey @pedro93, sorry for not getting back to you
    That should definitely possible, though obviously would currently require you forking the project
    There's actually already an issue, #48, where we're discussing embedding Kajero as a component, so feel free to join us if you have any suggestions

    Very cool project @JoelOtter ! Reminds me of https://runkit.com/home . Have you encountered runkit before ?
    Also, is there way to see public notebooks for the whole community or for a specific user ?
    Joel Auterson
    @JoelOtter
    no
    notebooks are not tied to users because there's no concept of a user

    Hi @JoelOtter , just stumble to your Kajero. One simple question, does it need to run on a nodejs server? Or can it be run completely on a client browser?
    Joel Auterson
    @JoelOtter
    Hi @DrKenHo!
    Kajero runs entirely in a browser; there's no server-side component beyond what's needed to provide the HTML/JS file
    Ken Ho
    @DrKenHo
    @JoelOtter Thanks for clarify it. Looks great.
